Home made pasta recipe: Pumpkin ravioli with sage-butter sauce

For the pasta dough you’ll need:

300 gr of flour

& salt
(good for about 425 gr of fresh made pasta)

For the filling you’ll need:

±300 gr pumpkin
125 gr ricotta cheese
A crushed clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
