Tip of the day.. always keep puff pastry in your freezer! You never know when you may need it. Just follow the instructions on the side of the box of pastry ;)
I used heavy whipping cream and raspberries for the filling.
The egg was for brushing the pastry before going into the oven. You can also sprinkle some sugar over it.
Once they’re ready, slice them in half carefully and just lay them on a plate or something to cool down a little bit.
Once they’re cooled down a little bit you can fill the with the cream and berries of your choice…
