Marshmallow cookies

Imagine this;  it’s raining outside, it’s chilly and you absolutely don’t feel like going to the store but you still crave for something sweet…

what would you do?

There are a few ingredients that I always have at home like flower, egss, sugar and butter. In my case I would choose to bake something.

I decided to bake some cookies with chocolate chips and marshmallow pieces a.k.a S’mores.

I use a normal cookie recipe:

Preheat your oven to 180 ºC

115 gr of butter; softened 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100gr of sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder
50 gr of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
170 gr of All-Purpose Flour 1 cup chocolate chips
100 gr sweet cracker crumbs 1 cup Marshmallow in small pieces
1 egg  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


1. Mix the sugar and the butter for a couple of minutes until soft.

2.  Add the egg and the vanilla essence and mix it for 2 more minutes.

3. In the meantime combine the flower, baking powder, sweet cracker crumbs and salt in a recipient.



4.  Slowely add your flower and crumbs mix to the wet ingredients.


5. Finally add the chocolate chips and the marschmallow pieces.


6. Scoop the cookies onto a prepared baking sheet, with enough space between them. Bake these cookies for 10 – 12  minutes.



Prepare to taste the gooeyness of this cookie. Enjoy!!
